Volunteer Services
Lighting the Pathway to Volunteering!
As a volunteer for hospice you will be greatly
valued!  Our volunteers are key members of
our hospice care team.  Whether you choose
to be directly involved in patient care or one
of the many other ways you can help, you will
be making a difference in someone's life.
Our purpose is to help others deal with life
limiting illnesses, loss, and grief.  With your
help, our hospice team is able to reach out
to those in need and meet them where they
are.  As a Volunteer for Lighted Pathways
Hospice you can do anything to help...
  • Hold a Hand
  • Use a computer
  • Address Envelopes
  • Feed a pet
  • Make a speech
  • Bake a cake
  • Listen to cherished memories
  • Pat a shoulder
  • Sew
  • Offer prayer
  • Touch a heart
  • Change a Life (maybe your own)
Choose from several volunteer opportunities within
our service areas:
  • Patient & Family Support
  • Spiritual & Emotional Support
  • Chaplain Services
  • Office Work
  • Community Information & Outreach
  • Special Events
